🧠 Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)
This 8-hour certification course teaches participants how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. Participants learn a 5-step action plan for helping someone in crisis or showing signs of a mental health challenge.
💬 Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) Gatekeeper Training
This 1 to 2-hour suicide prevention course trains individuals to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and respond effectively. Participants learn how to question someone about suicidal thoughts, persuade them to seek help, and refer them to appropriate resources.
